Regional Cadres will be established statewide to help reduce achievement gaps between students with and without disabilities by implementation of four cross-SIG goal initiatives within Alabama's school systems. These Cadres will provide training, coaching, technical assistance, and mentoring. Training will incorporate evidence-based practices within the SIG goal areas.
